Things I am thankful for this year…..
***I am thankful that Fantasy Football season is half over. I am as happy every year when it’s over as I am at the end of every election season. Maybe if we put half as much effort into electing our Representatives and Senators as we do into our football teams, we could really get something done. #FantasyCongress
***I am thankful that Nordstrom just increased my credit line….for the 3rd straight year. Sneaky bastards do this every holiday season. #geniusmove
***I am thankful for Clorox Toilet Wands. With a house on the market and a revolving door of houseguests, I’ve cleaned a lot of toilets lately. All of the mamas of boys out there who think that the male species causes the most “mess” in the bathrooms, I am here to tell you that girls are no better. How does that even happen?
***I am thankful that my dogs let me sleep in until 7 this morning before they demanded breakfast.
***I am thankful for Royal Crest Dairy, who delivers milk, bread, eggs and juice to my house when I just can’t bear to go to the store….again.
All joking aside, I am full of gratitude for the blessings in my life. I have happy and healthy kids who make me smile each and every day. I cherish my husband who works hard for our family. I have enormous love for my family both near and far who have filled my mind with wonderful memories. I am thankful for new friends and old friends and the laughter, adventures and companionship that they provide.
My heart is grateful on this Thanksgiving Day. And my stomach is full of turkey…..and Prosecco.
